Too many changes happening too quickly could bring you right back to square one, so take things slowly right now! Sure, you’re all jazzed up over the improvements you want to make in your life, and that is to be commended. But you can’t successfully take on more than you can actually deal with. You might think that taking everything on at once will ensure that you’ll stick to the plan, but nothing could be further from the truth. ‘One step at a time’ is the best way to reach your goal.

Just a note for me and my TV Series obssession:

So.. I have 4 1/2 hours left for my “defense” and the system is only 15% completed.

So much for a fresh start.. I was doing well for a couple of days but it all fell apart once again!

Went to church for an anticipated Sunday Mass and took a shower~ I feel clean and refreshed!
